Dior is currently seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for its flagship boutique in New York. As the closest direct report to the Boutique Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with all areas of the day-to-day management of the boutique. Responsibilities include payroll and personnel management, sales management, store operations, overseeing POS functions, accounting, Sales Audit, inventory control, loss prevention, supply orders, controlling expenses, and all other areas of store operations as needed. Assistant Managers’ direct reports are the Sales, Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving staff. They are also responsible for monitoring Loss Prevention, facilities, and ensuring adherence to Company policies and procedures. An Assistant Store Manager is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
At least 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting, is preferred
