Head Patternmaker

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with design to create patterns
• Drape muslin
• Work with Sewers during garment construction
• Correct patterns based on fittings with design
• Assist in fitting garments with model with design
• Make production patterns as needed
• Supervise other design Patternmakers

Requirements:

• Must be able to cut and make patterns
• Understanding of how fabric is put together to create a well-fitting garment is crucial
